Use TrustForms for lawful purposes. Pay for what you use. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. Disputes are governed by Indian law in Uttar Pradesh courts.
By accessing or using TrustForms ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including individuals, businesses, and their authorised representatives.
You agree NOT to use TrustForms to:
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD equivalent. We do not offer refunds for partial months. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
You own your data
You retain full ownership of all data uploaded and collected through your forms.
Limited licence to us
You grant us a limited licence to store and process data solely to provide the Service.
TrustForms IP
The platform, code, and branding belong to TrustForms Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Do not copy or reverse-engineer.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
